The service
Kitchen Table Transcript is a tool that helps homeschool parents and guardians prepare high school transcripts and course descriptions. You can use the free version without an account.
Your responsibility for records
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for any transcript you sign and send. The tool calculates credits and GPA from what you enter; it doesn't verify coursework. Credit targets shown in the tool are a common guideline, not a requirement of any state or college. Check your state's homeschool laws and each college's admission requirements.
Your records are stored in your browser. Keep your own backups. We aren't responsible for data lost when browser storage is cleared or a device is lost.
Pro license
A Pro purchase is a one-time payment that gives one household a license to use Pro features for its own students, in up to three browsers. Don't share or resell license keys. Payments are processed by Stripe.
Refunds
If Pro isn't right for you, ask for a refund within 30 days of purchase and we'll refund it in full.
No warranty
The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
